Ghosts, spies, and Grand-mothers

서울시립미술관이 주관하는 ‘미디어시티서울 2014’의 주제는 ‘귀신, 간첩, 할머니’(Ghosts, Spies, and Grandmothers)이다.
고독한 존재인 귀신과 아시아의 식민·냉전을 상징하는 간첩, 권력에서 가장 먼 존재인 할머니를 아우른다. 서울시립미술관 서소문본관과 한국영상자료원에서 열리며 다앙한 미디어아트, 설치미술, 영화, 회화, 조각, 사진 등을 선보인다. 박찬욱 감독의 동생인 미디어 작가 박찬경(49)이 예술감독을 맡았다. 최원준과 양혜규, 민정기, 배영환 등 10여명의 한국 작가를 비롯해 다무라 유이치로(일본), 딘큐레(베트남), 오티 위다사리(인도네시아) 등 10여개국 30여명의 작가가 참여한다.
